Every counter is different. Two shops with the same terminal can end up with very different totals- depending on what's plugged in, how many branches, and how much installation they need. Rather than hide that, we quote each setup properly.

Questions about pricing & hardware

Because every counter is different. A single mobile terminal with just the printer has a very different total to a three-till desktop setup with cash drawers, scanners, and UPS units at each station. We'd rather quote your exact setup accurately than list a number you'd need to modify anyway. Base prices above are a starting point.
USD prices are stable and are the primary pricing. KES figures shown are an approximate conversion at current rates and may move slightly with the shilling. Your official quotation will lock in both figures at the time of issuance.
Yes. We quote the terminal on its own if you already have peripherals. Send us the make and model of your printer/scanner and we'll confirm compatibility before quoting. Most standard thermal printers, USB barcode scanners, and cash drawers work out of the box.
Mobile if: you sell on the move, have a small footprint, run a stall or pop-up, or want a cheaper starting point. Desktop if: you have a fixed counter, take many transactions per day, need a big screen for staff, or want to plug in a printer, scanner, cash drawer, and customer display. If you're not sure, tell us about your shop in the quotation form and we'll recommend the right one.
Yes. Hardware can be purchased outright or rented month-to-month. Rental includes hardware replacement and support, which suits newer businesses or those who prefer predictable monthly costs. Mention your preference in the quotation form and we'll include both options.
